CrateManager is currently offered as an early access / beta product. This means:
- features may change, break, or be discontinued,
- availability may be limited,

We do not guarantee any specific uptime, performance, or results during beta.

3) No affiliation with third-party brands
CrateManager is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party platforms or software vendors referenced on the site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Service (e.g., attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt availability, scrape or reverse engineer),
- upload or submit unlawful content,

You understand that music matching and metadata-based workflows can produce imperfect results (e.g., different edits/mixes, missing versions, incorrect matches). You remain responsible for verifying your selections before purchase and performance use.

9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
- we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities,
- our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to EUR 0 (or, if you paid for the Service, the amount you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is higher).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights).
